Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for a night shift position in Rome, GA. The role involves 3 x 12 hour shifts, 11am-11pm, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for advancement through the Clinical Ladder Program.

Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, and patient/family education. Requires RN license, BLS, and strong teamwork in a faith-based health system.

Qualifications

• RN with an Associate's Degree in Nursing and BLS CPR certification.
• Must be fluent in English (read, verbal and written).
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients considering physiological, psychological and spiritual factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
