Job summary

ProMedica is seeking an RN for the Emergency Center at Toledo Hospital. The role centers on coordinating patient care, collaborating with the health care team, and delivering patient-centered nursing services during night shifts. A valid Ohio RN license and CPR are required, with 24 hours CEU during licensure and 1 hour safety-related CEU. A $15,000 sign-on bonus applies.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training; specialty certifications as required by units.
• Ohio RN must complete twenty-four contact hours of continuing education; at least 1 hour related to Chapter 4723.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a patient's plan of care and communicate with patient, families and health care team.
• Assess and formulate a nursing diagnosis; plan, implement and evaluate the care plan.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
• Provide patient-centered care with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
