Job summary

ProMedica Toledo Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the System Resource Pool Operations. This full-time night-shift role supports multiple hospitals through a tiered-model Resource Pool, aiming to improve staffing and patient care.

The RN will coordinate plans of care, communicate with patients and families, assess needs, and collaborate with the health care team to achieve care goals. A current Ohio RN license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training. Specialty certifications as required by units.
• The RN must complete continuing education hours during licensure period.
• Tier 3 Resource Pool RN available across listed hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a patient’s plan of care and interact with patient, families and health care team.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the care plan.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and staff to achieve patient care goals.
