Job summary

ProMedica Toledo Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the System Resource Pool on a full-time night shift. The position offers 36 hours per week, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants, and the opportunity to work across multiple hospital units within the Resource Pool.

As coordinator of a patient’s plan of care, you will collaborate with patients, families and the health care team, assess needs, and implement and evaluate the care plan to improve outcomes

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Tier 4 Resource Pool RN must be available to work across multiple hospitals.

Responsibilities

• As the coordinator of a patient’s plan of care, you will interact with patients, families and the health care team through open communication and mutual respect.
• You will assess nursing needs, formulate a nursing diagnosis, and plan, implement and evaluate the care plan.
• You will work collaboratively with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
