Job summary

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Utah RN or LPN license.
• Clinical assessment skills sufficient for job requirements.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to a group of residents in a unit.
• Assess resident needs and develop individual care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise CNAs and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality outcomes.
