Rocky Mountain Care-Maple Dell in Payson, UT is seeking compassionate nurses (RN or LPN) to deliver and supervise nursing care for a unit of residents. You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer care, and oversee CNAs while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications include Utah RN/LPN licensure, strong assessment skills, and excellent communication. A positive attitude and aging population dedication are essential.

Formación

• Current, unrestricted Utah RN or LPN license.
• Ability to assess resident needs and develop care plans.
• Ability to make independent clinical decisions when required.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and long-term care guidelines.
• Effective interpersonal skills to work with interdisciplinary teams.
• Basic computer skills and email usage.
• Proven written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to relate positively with residents, families, and staff.
