Responsibilities include delivering nursing care to residents, assessing needs, developing care plans, administering care, and supervising CNAs under the guidance of the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Active Utah RN or LPN license required.
• Ability to assess residents and develop care plans.
• Strong communication with residents, families and team.
