Rocky Mountain Care, LLC in Clearfield, UT is seeking a dedicated nurse (RN/LPN) to deliver care to residents in a nursing unit. The role involves assessing needs, developing care plans, and supervising CNAs under the supervision of the Nursing Department.

The candidate should hold an active RN or LPN license in Utah, have strong assessment and communication skills, and work well within an interdisciplinary team. Tuition assistance for full-time staff is offered after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Utah.
• Clinical assessment skills at required level.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and LTC regulations.
• Interdisciplinary team collaboration.
• Basic computer skills incl. email.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Good decision-making and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver nursing care to residents in a nursing unit.
