Job summary

Willow Branch Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an RN Educator to lead staff development, orientation for new hires, and ongoing clinical education. You will create engaging in-services, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with leadership to support recruitment and staff engagement.

The RN Educator will mentor team members, coordinate training across nursing and support staff, and drive continuous quality improvement through education and competency assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervision and teaching practices.
• Rehabilitative and restorative nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to provide care appropriate to residents' age-related needs.
• Strong teamwork and communication with staff and leadership.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations in facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding for staff.
• Develop and deliver clinical education programs and in-services for nursing staff.
• Identify educational needs through observation and regulatory requirements and design training.
• Maintain documentation of education, training, and attendance for compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to align education with facility goals and quality outcomes.
• Support recruitment and participate in interviews and onboarding of new staff.
• Plan morale-building activities and promote exceptional customer service across departments.
• Mentor staff and support ongoing professional development.
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives with education-based solutions.
