Job summary

Willow Branch Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an RN Educator to lead staff development, orientation, and in-service training across the facility. You will champion mentorship, competency, and engagement to ensure high-quality resident care.

In partnership with nursing leadership, you will promote regulatory compliance, continuous education, and recruitment support, while fostering a positive learning culture for all caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in supervision and teaching.
• Experience in rehabilitative nursing strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing standards, regulations, and facility guidelines.
• Ability to mentor staff and lead orientation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver orientation, in-services, and ongoing education for nursing and support staff.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical education programs and competencies.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to align education with goals and surveys.
• Maintain documentation of training, attendance, and outcomes for compliance.
• Support recruitment and represent the facility in a professional manner.
