• Provide ongoing education, skills check-offs, and competency evaluations.
• Offer hands-on coaching and real-time training to CNAs, LPNs, and RNs.
• Assist with quality improvement initiatives and best-practice implementation.
• Maintain compliance with state/federal regulations and facility policies.
• Collaborate with DON, ADON, and leaders to identify training needs and solutions.
• Promote a positive, supportive learning environment across all shifts.
