River Grove Health & Rehabilitation seeks an RN Educator to lead staff development, welcome new hires, and deliver engaging in-services. You will collaborate with leadership to support recruitment and implement staff engagement activities, ensuring high standards of resident‑centered care.

The role emphasizes compliant education programs, mentoring, and ongoing quality improvement with a focus on empowering staff and maintaining survey readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervision and teaching within a healthcare setting.
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing preferred.
• Ability to care for residents across age-related needs.
• Strong teamwork and communication with staff, residents, families.

Responsibilities

• Lead new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Develop and deliver clinical education programs and in-service trainings.
• Assess educational needs and design training to support competency.
• Maintain documentation of education, training, and attendance.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to align education with facility goals.
• Assist with recruitment and participate in interviews.
• Plan morale-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Model exceptional customer service and professional conduct.
• Mentor staff and support ongoing quality improvement.
• Stay current on clinical standards and regulatory changes.
