Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in supervision and teaching in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication with staff, residents, and families.
- Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage new hire orientation and onboarding.
- Develop and deliver clinical education programs and in-service training.
- Assess educational needs and design competency-building initiatives.
- Maintain documentation for education, training, and attendance.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to align education with goals.
- Assist with recruitment and participate in interviews and onboarding.
- Support employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
- Mentor staff and provide coaching and ongoing support.
