Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• State Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• At least 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting as an Administrator or Executive Director.
• Able to perform budget analysis and variance reporting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; capable of driving innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative functions including finances, clinical, resident satisfaction, employee relations, and overall facility operations.
• Oversee staff engagement and ensure a positive culture aligned with the facility’s values.
• Develop and implement short-term (quarterly) and long-term (annual) strategic plans.
• Manage annual budget, P&L analysis; review statistical and financial reports.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard direct reports; monitor productivity and performance.
• Maintain accurate medical records for billing, auditing, and regulatory compliance.
