Job summary

Jobot is seeking a faculty member to teach nursing courses and supervise clinical instruction at a growing nursing college in Indianapolis. You will deliver classroom and hands-on instruction, connecting nursing theory with real-world patient care and clinical decision-making.

Ideal candidates are active RNs with MSN preferred; BSN candidates with teaching experience will be considered. The role offers a 1 day remote per week schedule and a $10,000 hire bonus, along with a stable full-time

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• MSN degree or higher preferred for teaching roles.
• BSN candidates with nursing teaching experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Teach nursing courses (classroom/didactic) and hands-on clinical instruction.
• Deliver engaging content linking theory to real-world patient care.
• Guide, mentor and evaluate students in classroom and clinical settings.
• Collaborate with nursing faculty on curriculum and student outcomes.
