Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Nursing Program Instructor/Professor to educate nursing students on campus and in clinical settings in Carmel, Indiana, combining classroom teaching with lab and clinical duties to support student success.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN (MSN preferred), an Indiana RN license, and at least two years of clinical experience; the schedule is hybrid (4 days in-person, 1 day remote) with a salary of $80,000-$89,000 plus a sign-on bonus and full benefits.

Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• MSN is preferred.
• Indiana RN license is required.
• Two years of full-time clinical nursing experience.
• Experience or education in teaching and learning principles for adult education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach in classroom and clinical lab settings.
