Job summary

Jobot is seeking a faculty member to teach nursing courses and supervise clinical instruction at a growing nursing college in Indianapolis. You will deliver classroom and hands-on instruction, connecting nursing theory with real-world patient care and clinical decision-making.

Ideal candidates are active RNs with MSN preferred; BSN candidates with teaching experience will be considered. The role offers a 1 day remote per week schedule and a $10,000 hire bonus, along with a stable full-time

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

• Teach both classroom/didactic nursing courses and hands‑on clinical instruction for nursing students.
• Deliver engaging course content that connects nursing theory with real‑world patient care and clinical decision‑making.
• Guide, mentor, and evaluate students in both the classroom and clinical setting, providing feedback that supports their development as future RNs.
• Collaborate with nursing faculty on curriculum, student outcomes, and maintaining a high‑quality nursing education program.

Skills You Need

• Active RN license with strong clinical nursing experience.
• MSN preferred.
• BSN candidates will be considered if they have prior nursing teaching experience at an accredited college or university.
