Metrowest Medical Center - Consolidated is seeking a Nursing Educator to develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs across nursing and non-nursing staff. The educator partners with facility leadership to ensure alignment with Tenet educational goals and standards.

Under the guidance of the Market Education Director, this role provides orientation, ongoing education, and in-services, while supporting clinical competence and professional growth in a collaborative setting.

Competenze

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing or nursing education or related specialty
• Licensure/Certification: Current state licenses and certifications
• Experience: 2 years of nursing experience in behavioral health care setting

Mansioni

• Support and deliver educational programs for assigned units/clinics, including orientation, competency training, clinical education, and professional development activities.
• Implement and maintain nursing education programs that meet Tenet standards, regulatory requirements, and professional nursing practice expectations.
• Evaluate, revise, and improve educational content using adult learning principles, current research, and national nursing education standards.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to nursing staff, preceptors, and nurse residents to support clinical competence and professional growth.
• Coordinate and facilitate continuing education programs such as in-services, specialty training, Grand Rounds, and competency-based learning initiatives.
• Manage and oversee key clinical education projects and competencies, including CPI Training, Annual Behavioral Health Competency, Restraint Competency, and Constant Observer Competency.
