Job summary

Lifepoint Health® is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Med Surg unit in Las Cruces, New Mexico. You will provide compassionate care in a 34-room Medical Surgical unit, ensuring patient comfort and safety with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:6.

The position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and 401(k) matching. Ideal candidates will have an RN license and provide high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license required.
• Basic Life Support certification needed within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certification required within six months.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to patients in a 34 room Medical Surgical unit on the 3rd floor. Assess patient needs, administer treatments, and ensure patient comfort and safety while maintaining a 1:5 to 1:6 nurse‑to‑patient ratio. Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and CNAs to deliver high‑quality patient care and support the unit’s care plan.

Qualifications & Requirements
