Heritage Hall Blackstone in Blackstone, VA is seeking a Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our care team with compassion and decisiveness. The role requires an ASN or BSN and an active Virginia RN license, with a preference for long-term care experience. Salary ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 per year.

You will guide nursing practice, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff while focusing on dignified, resident-centered care for our vulnerable population.

Qualifications

• ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college.
• Active RN license in Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Effective communication with a variety of individuals.
• Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
