Job summary

Heritage Hall Blackstone is seeking a Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our long-term care team with compassion and decisiveness. The role demands strong leadership, effective communication, and deep knowledge of Virginia nursing regulations.

The successful candidate will supervise staff, ensure high-quality resident care, and maintain compliance while supporting families and a dedicated care team. A valid Virginia RN license and an ASN/BSN are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold ASN or BSN from an accredited college.
• Active RN license in Virginia required.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws and guidelines governing long-term care.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
