Job summary

Heritage Hall is seeking an experienced RN to lead a compassionate, coordinated care team in a residential long-term care setting. You will guide nursing staff, ensure high-quality resident care, and uphold a home-like environment that values each resident and staff member.

Qualifications

• ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college
• Active RN license in the state of Virginia
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
• Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
• Ability to make independent decisions
