Northeast Arc is hiring a Division Director, Clinical Services (RN) to oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and compliance with CMS and regulatory standards.

This senior role leads Clinical Managers, shapes program design and budget processes, and partners with the executive team to advance the mission of helping people with disabilities participate fully in the community.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree required and RN license in MA.
• 8–10 years of clinical home health care leadership experience.
• Ability to oversee operations, budgets, and compliance standards.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with CMS and other regulatory standards.
• Lead policy development and implement clinical quality initiatives.
• Supervise Clinical Managers and Schedulers to maintain a high-performing team.
• Oversee program design and budget development, including contract negotiations.
