Job summary

HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital in Orange Park, FL, is seeking an experienced RN Director Progressive Care to lead the PCU, ensuring high quality, patient‑centered care through effective unit oversight, staffing, and clinical governance.

You will forecast, plan, and monitor budgets, develop and implement policies, mentor managers, and foster accountability and teamwork across disciplines to advance patient outcomes and facility objectives.

Qualifications

• BSN required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Active RN license in applicable state(s) and/or compact license.
• BLS required.
• 5+ years of applicable experience; 2+ years of management/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee unit function and staffing of the PCU.
• Forecast, plan, and monitor budgets.
• Foster accountability and collaboration across the facility.
• Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to support facility objectives.

Job Summary and Qualifications

TheDirector PCUensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.

What qualifications you will need:

• BSN required; Master's Degree in Nursing, Business, or Health related field preferred
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation(if multistate license, must change primary state of residence within 90 days) required
• BLS required
• 5+ years of applicable experience required; 2+ years of management/leadership experience preferred
