HCA Florida Westside Hospital is seeking an RN Nurse Manager for the Progressive Care PCU. You will oversee daily unit operations, ensure staffing adequacy, and drive high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and minimum years of acute care and leadership experience. A sign-on bonus may be available and the hospital emphasizes a family-oriented, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Compact Licensure valid in Florida.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

What qualifications you will need:

• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care Hospital setting
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a full time Charge Nurse/ Coordinator, Nursing Administrative Supervisor, or Nursing Management in an acute care Hospital setting
