Job summary

HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital is seeking an RN Trauma Program Director to lead the trauma program with a focus on high-quality, patient-centered care. You will oversee staffing, forecasting, and budgeting while driving accountability and collaboration across the department.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS, and 3+ years of trauma experience with 1+ year in leadership. TNCC is highly preferred and BSN/MA are favored qualifications.

Qualifications

• RN Trauma Program Director requires active RN license in state(s) of practice or with compact license
• BLS certification required
• TNCC highly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or approved education plan; BSN/MA preferred
• 3+ years trauma-related experience; 1+ year trauma leadership experience

• Forecast, plan, and monitor budgets for the trauma program
• Foster accountability and collaboration; develop and implement policies and procedures

Job Summary and Qualifications

TheTrauma Program Directorensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the department in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director also fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.

What qualifications you will need:

• BLS required
• Registered Nurse, Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation required
• TNCC highly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or other approved education plan required; BSN preferred; Master's Degree preferred
• 3+ years of trauma related experience required; 1+ years of trauma related leadership experience required
