Job summary

Agape Care Group is seeking a Director of Operations (RN) to lead our hospice and palliative care operations. You will plan, direct, coordinate and evaluate daily activities to ensure regulatory compliance, budget adherence, and a superior patient experience.

This role oversees a regional branch, drives growth through hands-on involvement in sales and marketing, and partners with a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• RN with active license and BSN preferred
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare management and supervision as an RN
• Hospice or home health experience preferred
• Must have reliable transportation and physical ability to lift 80–100 lbs

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate daily operations.
• Ensure adherence to federal/state regulations and organizational policies.
• Oversee branch financial performance and budgets.
• Drive growth through active involvement in sales and marketing.
• Lead and develop operational teams and maintain patient-focused care.
