ACG Hospice is seeking a Director of Operations (RN) to lead daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide the financial success of the Wichita, KS branch. You will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating operations while actively engaging in sales and marketing to drive growth.

The role emphasizes leadership, professional development, and a supportive leadership team, with a pathway for advancement within Agape Care Group’s hospice network.

Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families
• RN license current in state
• 3+ years healthcare management and supervisory experience in clinical care, home health, or hospice
• 2+ years hospice experience preferred
• Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend, lift 80–100 lbs as needed

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate daily operations to meet regulatory, policy, and budget goals
• Ensure branch financial success and drive growth through sales and marketing involvement
• Collaborate with leadership team and participate in professional development opportunities
