Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing services for our long-term care residents in Texas. You will guide clinical operations with compassion, integrity, and a focus on quality care.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, payroll oversight, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, while mentoring the nursing team to deliver restorative, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing with the State of Texas.
• Proven leadership in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Strong clinical skills with restorative care approach.
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services per guidelines.

• Ensure Compliance: Oversee all nursing services in accordance with company, state, and federal guidelines
• Lead the Team: Manage recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance of nursing staff

• Review Payroll: Approve payroll submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance
