Hireology in Texas is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and guide clinical excellence across the facility. You will ensure regulatory compliance, develop care plans with physicians, manage recruitment and onboarding, and support on-floor care while maintaining high-quality resident outcomes.

The role requires an RN license in good standing and prior leadership in long-term or geriatric care; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
