Job summary

Harbor Healthcare System in Austin, TX seeks a full-time Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise staff, lead IDT meetings, and implement new policies and procedures. The DON will recruit, retain, and train nurses and clinical staff and guide overall patient care direction.

Requirements include Texas RN license and 1+ year of RN management experience; BSN or 5 years of equivalent management experience; hospice/home health preferred; strong communication; background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• 1+ years RN with management experience.
• BSN degree or five years of equivalent management experience.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
