Job summary

Harbor Healthcare System in the Houston area seeks a full-time Director of Nursing to lead the nursing team, oversee patient care, and ensure compliance with policies.

The DON will supervise staff, coordinate IDT meetings, recruit and train nurses, and drive quality improvement across all clinical services.

The position requires Texas RN licensure, a BSN or equivalent management experience, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
