Position Summary

The RN Director of Nursing Services will be responsible for administering and coordinating clinical services and programs for residents. This role involves direct supervision of nurses as a nurse manager and overseeing daily clinical operations.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Current RN license
2. At least 5 years of clinical management experience, preferably in a long-term care environment
3. Prior DON experience is highly preferred
4. Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care administration
5. Strong leadership and organizational skills
6. Excellent communication skills with employees and families
7. CPR certification maintained
