Qualifications and Experience

1. Current RN license
2. At least 5 years of clinical management experience, preferably in a long-term care environment
3. Prior DON experience is highly preferred
4. Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care administration
5. Strong leadership and organizational skills
6. Effective communication skills with employees and families
7. CPR certification maintained

Position Responsibilities

The RN Director of Nursing Services will be responsible for administering and coordinating clinical services and programs for residents. The role involves supervising nurses as nurse manager and overseeing daily clinical operations.
