Progeny HR Solutions LLC seeks a Registered Nurse Director - Case Manager to lead the Case Management Unit, directing clinical and non-clinical Respiratory Care Services and ensuring high-quality patient care.

The role oversees resources, budgeting, compliance, and staff supervision, and builds relationships with physicians and referral sources. It manages 16.61 FTES and 33 heads across departments, Respiratory being the largest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years experience in Respiratory Therapy - Preferred.
• State of NH Respiratory Care Practitioner License – Required.

Responsibilities

• Directs the clinical and non-clinical aspects of Respiratory Care Services.
• Ensures high-quality patient care and generates measurable returns for the organization.
• Plans, organizes, and evaluates all departmental resources.
• Oversees program development, staff supervision, budget management, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintains relationships with physicians, referral sources, and employees.
• Performs position-specific job functions at an acceptable level.
• Supports the mission and goals of the hospital and parent company.
• Develops and maintains clinical standards of practice for all disciplines.
• Supports and participates in marketing efforts and community service organizations.
• Maintains up-to-date professional knowledge.
