Northwest Respiratory Services seeks a Director of Clinical Services to lead a centralized clinical team from our Eagan, MN office. The role focuses on directing clinicians, improving patient care through technology, and optimizing operations while ensuring clinical excellence.

This leadership position requires strong vendor relationships, multi-site oversight, and experience in the HME/DME space. Excellent communication and teaching skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years clinical experience required.
• Preferred graduate of an accredited respiratory care program; RN license accepted.
• 3 years leadership experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized clinical team and monitor daily Respiratory Therapy activities.
• Improve patient services through technology solutions.
• Perform operational analysis and review performance reports.
• Communicate across departments and at all leadership levels.
• Ensure standards of clinical care and service line accountability.
