Beatrice Community Hospital is seeking a Director of Emergency Services, RN-Emergency Department. This full-time role oversees the ED's strategic direction, nursing operations, and collaboration with medical staff to enhance patient care and provider satisfaction.

You will lead financial and human resource management for the department. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Nursing with RN licensure in NE or Compact, BLS/ACLS/PALS/NALS/ENPC/TNCC and Emergency Nursing certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Director role requires nursing leadership and administrative oversight.
• 3–5 years supervisory management experience preferred.
• Management experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Direct strategic vision and nursing operations for the ED.
• Collaborate with medical staff and leadership to develop clinical programs.
