The Nurse Director Emergency Services will oversee a busy Emergency Department that provides timely, comprehensive care for patients with urgent and emergent conditions. Supported by contemporary diagnostic resources, streamlined clinical workflows, and established quality and safety programs, the Emergency Department serves patients across the lifespan. The Nurse Director Emergency Services will help strengthen patient throughput, clinical outcomes, staff engagement, regulatory readiness, and the overall patient experience.

Reporting to executive nursing leadership, the Nurse Director Emergency Services will receive strong administrative support and work closely with nursing supervisors, physicians, advanced practice providers, educators, technicians, and other healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities include department operations, staffing, budgeting, performance improvement, policy development, compliance, and strategic planning. The Nurse Director Emergency Services will lead friendly, dedicated nurses and a diverse interdisciplinary team that values communication, mutual respect, accountability, and excellent patient care.
