Beatrice Community Hospital in Beatrice, NE is seeking a Director of Emergency Services (RN) for the Emergency Department. This full-time managerial role leads nursing operations, sets strategic vision, and partners with medical staff to enhance patient care and provider satisfaction.

Responsibilities include administrative oversight of the department, staff development, and management of financial and human resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• RN license in NE or Compact state; BLS/ACLS/PALS/NALS/ENPC and TNCC; Emergency Nursing certification strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years supervisory/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic vision and administrative oversight of the Emergency Department.
• Coordinate with medical and nursing staff to develop and maintain clinical programs.
• Provide leadership to manage the department’s financial and human resources.
