HCA Florida Westside Hospital is seeking an RN Director for the Cardiac Cath Lab to lead operations and staff, ensuring high-quality patient care around the clock. The role focuses on optimizing staffing, resources, and relationships with physicians to drive patient outcomes.

As a hospital with a comprehensive and influential cardiac program, you will play a pivotal role in delivering safe, efficient care while advancing clinical excellence within the Cath Lab environment.

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license or compact licensure.
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (or obtainable within 30 days).
• Minimum 3 years Cardiac Cath Lab bedside nursing in acute care.
• Minimum 2 years management as Nursing Manager/Director in acute care.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Cath Lab Director is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and efficient operations on a 24-hour basis. Your leadership will be crucial in managing staff, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering strong relationships between patients, physicians, and healthcare providers to promote teamwork and customer satisfaction.

What qualifications you will need:

• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)

• Bachelors Degree from an accredited School of Nursing

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• (RN) Registered Nurse

• Minimum 3 years of Cardiac Cath Lab (CVL) clinical nursing experience in an acute care Hospital setting

• Minimum of 2 years management experience as a Nursing Manager or Nursing Director in an acute care Hospital Setting
