Qualifications

• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or obtained within 30 days.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or obtained within 30 days.
• RN - Registered Nurse licensure.
• Minimum 3 years of Cardiac Cath Lab (CVL) clinical nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience as a Nursing Manager or Nursing Director in an acute care hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service and ensure efficient operations on a 24-hour basis.
• Lead staff, optimize resource allocation, and foster strong relationships with patients, physicians, and healthcare providers.
• Promote teamwork and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Cath Lab Director is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and efficient operations on a 24-hour basis. Your leadership will be crucial in managing staff, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering strong relationships between patients, physicians, and healthcare providers to promote teamwork and customer satisfaction.

What qualifications you will need:

• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
• Bachelors Degree from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 years of Cardiac Cath Lab (CVL) clinical nursing experience in an acute care Hospital setting
• Minimum of 2 years management experience as a Nursing Manager or Nursing Director in an acute care Hospital Setting
