HCA Florida Englewood Hospital seeks a Director of Cardiovascular and Imaging Services to lead the Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology and Imaging Services. The role provides 24-hour leadership, ensuring quality, resources, staffing, and education to deliver exceptional patient care.

You will drive interdepartmental collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a culture of patient safety and service excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• Current Florida RN license strongly preferred; RCIS or RCVT may be accepted in lieu of RN
• BLS required
• Minimum 3 years previous experience in angiography and cardiac cath; RN must have previous experience in cardiac patient care
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, Project planning and Management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel programs

Job Summary And Qualifications

We are seeking a Director of Cath Lab. You will provide leadership and direct functions of assigned patient care area on a 24-hour basis. In this role you will oversee Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, and Imaging Services.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
