HCA Florida Westside Hospital is seeking an experienced RN Manager for the Progressive Care PCU to lead daily operations, ensure high-quality patient-centered care, and oversee staffing and coordination of the unit.

You will supervise nursing services, uphold policies, and drive clinical outcomes while partnering with multidisciplinary teams. A Florida RN license, BLS/ACLS, and prior charge nurse/management experience are required.

Competenze

• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse (or Compact Licensure) according to FL requirements.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current BLS certification (or obtained within 30 days of start).
• Current ACLS certification (or obtained within 30 days of start).
• RN license expressed.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing in an acute care hospital.
• Minimum 1 year in a full-time Charge Nurse/Coordinator or Nursing Management role in acute care.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

What qualifications you will need:

• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• (RN) Registered Nurse

• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care Hospital setting

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a full time Charge Nurse/ Coordinator, Nursing Administrative Supervisor, or Nursing Management in an acute care Hospital setting
