Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence - Memorial Campus in El Paso, TX is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct clinical patient care on day shifts. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring safety and quality according to hospital standards.

The RN will administer medications, support incident command during emergencies, and contribute to discharge planning to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical patient care and supervise staff as delegated.
• Coordinate and integrate patient care based on the nursing process.
• Administer medications safely per hospital policy.
• Support CNO with high-quality, safe nursing care and resource management.
• Assist with HICS and emergency codes per hospital policy and incident command.
• Discharge planning and ensuring optimum level of care on shift.
