Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence - Trans Mountain Campus in El Paso, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for day shifts in a full-time role. You will provide direct clinical care, coordinate patient care with the care team, and support hospital safety and quality initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required RN licensure with BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required by policy. Prior acute care experience is preferred, with opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1 year of RN experience for PRN status required.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required by policy; AHA BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, direct clinical patient care per shift.
• Coordinate and integrate patient care using the nursing process.
• Adhere to safety, risk management, QI and infection control standards.
• Administer medications safely and timely per hospital policy.
• Perform hospital incident command system responsibilities as needed.
