Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to assist in managing and operating a dialysis clinic. In the absence of the Administrator, you will assume full responsibility for daily clinic operations and patient care processes.

You will coordinate scheduling, monitor supplies and staffing, and ensure logs are accurately maintained and sent to billing. You will lead staff development and contribute to quality and compliance initiatives across the center.

Qualifications

• Clinical Coordinator responsibilities include assisting with clinic management and operations.
• Work in partnership with Administrator to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and patient care processes to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain records, logs, and documentation for billing and quality programs.
• Lead staff development and support in-service education.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and operation of the dialysis clinic.
• Assume full responsibility for the clinic in the absence of the Administrator.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and staffing to ensure timely acceptance and adequate coverage.
• Update logs and ensure dialysis run sheets and logs are sent to billing.
• Perform duties to meet patient care and operational needs.
