Job summary

The position requires a current Registered Nurse license in Maryland, on-call availability, and the ability to train and supervise direct care staff. A hybrid schedule combines remote and in-office hours to support resident health services.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland RN license.
• Ability to manage and adjust care plans.
• Experience coordinating with families and healthcare staff.
• On-call availability for urgent health issues.

Responsibilities

• Make individual health care plans including admissions, medication oversight, therapies, treatments, and evaluation of plan effectiveness.
• Act as liaison between individuals, families, guardians, advocates, healthcare staff, and agency.
• Assist with medical, dental, vision, or specialty appointments to ensure timely healthcare services.
• Maintain hybrid work schedule with some remote and in-office hours; be on call for urgent health issues.
• Review MARs and TARs monthly; update physician orders every 90 days.
• Attend PCP meetings and other required meetings; participate in quarterly DDA nursing meetings.
• Maintain active RN license, CPR, and required trainings; follow Maryland nursing regulations.
