Copper Ridge Nursing & Assisted Living Center in Maryland is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to serve as the Delegating Nurse. The role oversees medication administration and supervision of staff in compliance with COMAR 10.27.11.

Responsibilities include initial and 45-day assessments, ongoing clinical status reviews, evaluating competency of medication assistants, and determining supervision needs. Must hold Maryland RN license and complete Board-approved Medication Administration

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license required.
• Board-approved Medication Administration Training for Assisted Living required.
• MD-specific regulations knowledge encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Perform initial and 45-day assessments during site visits.
• Assess resident clinical status every 45 days.
• Assess competency of medication assistants during 45-day visit.
• Assess tasks for delegation and environmental factors.
• Determine instruction and frequency of supervision for caregivers.
