Job summary
AdventHealth in Orlando, Florida, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our full-time day shift team. The ideal candidate holds an RN license with BLS, an ADN (BSN preferred), and 1+ year of acute care experience.
Qualifications
- RN license required
- BLS certification required
- BSN preferred
- 1+ acute care hospital experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physical, emotional, spiritual, and social factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise them as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per orders and protocols.
- Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
- Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary teams to coordinate care and ensure safety.
