Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess and plan patient care on a day shift. You will administer medications, coordinate with healthcare teams, and educate patients and families about conditions and treatments.

Qualifications include RN, BLS/ACLS, and an associate degree in nursing (BSN preferred). 1+ year acute care experience is preferred. Relocation and sign-on may be available.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and BLS/ACLS required.
• Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• 1+ year acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physiological, psychological, cultural and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans based on needs.
• Administer meds and treatments per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care.
• Collaborate with staff to coordinate care and communication.
